For as long as I can remember I've been surrounded by hairstylist, & women who took pride in their appearance and image. Having a natural ability to change someone's day, mood or vision of themselves is powerful and has always been my purpose.  It's an awarding feeling knowing you are trusted and depended on for cosmetic happiness. I'm passionate about cosmetology because as I experienced life and adversity I realized that being beautiful is as much a feeling as a look. If you don't feel beautiful it doesn't matter how you look. Being able to pursue my career and dream in the beauty industry allows me to cater to and nurter that in each and every person I have the joy of styling. Being a new mom to a now 2 year old daughter I aspire to show her that pursuing dreams and following your purpose is one of the many Goals she will be able to accomplish. I enjoy the role I am taking on as a cosmo student because it is setting the tone for my future. It's not too often that you are in position to follow your dreams. I am an example that it is never too late unless you give up. At 27 i will be a licensed stylist and that's because I stayed true to my passion and purpose in the beauty industry.
