Broccoli is healthy for a person with type 2 diabetes, kidney disease, and heart problems. 3. It is a good source of vitamin C. 4. It reduces weakness in kidney patients. 5. This vegetable has the potential to decrease the risk of cancer. But, due to the high level of potassium in broccoli, it is not healthy for every kidney patient.
