We will make Ice Candy!

Using the different juice flavors, we will make a Ice Candy and delicious Popsicles.

Here's our water. Turn off the fire first.

Let's add out cornstarch.

Then the sugar. You can adjust the sugar if you want it to be sweeter.

Then let's add our evaporated milk.

Mix it to dissolve the cornstarch.

You can already it here if you are going to make just one flavor

but I will make 3 flavors so I need to divide it equally first before adding the flavor.

So now let's cook it over medium low heat.

And continuously mix to avoid it from burning.

Turn of the fire when the mixture is already boiling.

Now let's divide it into 3 equal parts because we are going to make 3 flavors.

Divide it into 4 equal parts if you will make 4 flavors.

So now let's divide it.

While it's still hot, let's add out powdered juice. We have Mango, Buko Pandan, and Melon.

So here, we'll add mango. Don't consume all of it because it might be too much.

Let's just mmix this, and you can taste it so that you will know if it's too much or not.

I was not able to consume the powdered mango juice but have consumed all Buko Pandan and Melon.

You can also add sugar at this point if the sweetness is not enough.

Just take advantage of the mixture while it's still hot so that our powdered juice and sugar will be dissolved.

When the mixtures have already cooled down, you can place them in the ice candy wrapper.

But to make our Ice Candy cremier, we will cover it first and place it in the freezer for 5 hours.

This is our mixture after 5 hours. It's a bit icy and creamy

So we will whip this now using our mixer. You can use a wire whisk if you don't have a mixer.

We will just break the ice so that our mixture will be creamy.

And remember to not over beat it.

I added the mixture in a squeeze bottle because I don't have a funnel.

Let's now add the ice candy mixture in our wrapper.

So you can decide how much mixture you are going to put in.

Next would be our Melon flavor.

Just repeat the procedure until the mixture is all used up.

This is our Mango flavor.

And here I made a strawberry flavor.

It will be the same procedure for cooking but because this is a single flavor, I included the strawberry juice in cooking.

For this, we will make it like popsicles. We will place it in small cups and we will add popsicle sticks.

So you can make two with this. You can make it ice candy for or popsicle.

Then let's freeze this overnight.

So here's our creamy Ice Candy and Popsicles.

Let's now taste it and well start with the Melon flavor.

So here it is.

Smell test first.

Smells like melon and it's milky. Let's taste it.

It's very creamy.

It has this icey texture. The usual ice candy that we have are super icey, right? You will feel it's really crytalized.

This is not.

It's very creamy.

Really creamy.

So delicious.

It's like I can't feel any ice.

I'm really amazed! It's so delicious and creamy.

I can't say that it's super smooth because there's still a minimal icey texture.

It still has it but it's super minimal.

Especially when it's super soft already.

It's so delicious.

You will be happy if you will make this.

It's so delicious to eat. Really!

Next is our Buko Pandan flavor.

I can really feel that it's soft.

Maybe because I removed it in 2 minutes from the freezer that's why the texture is like this.

Gosh!

It's very creamy and the taste of Buke and Pandan is really there.

It's not that strong but if you want it to really be tasty, you can add the powedered juice. You can make it 1 and a half sachet or

you can taste it and add more if you wish.

Same with the melon, you can add powdered juice but for me it's already fine. You will not get tired of the taste easily.

Oh my God!

Really.

It's so smooth.

Next is our Mango.

And yes, it's still the same.

Here's what I can say for our Mango flavor. I have no problem with the texture, it's still creamy.

With the taste, It's slightly sour for me.

I just don't know if this is just with me. Somehow for me...

The Mango flavor is there but I find it really sour.

I'm not so sure if it would be the same with you, alright?

But you may use other brands if you like. Maybe it will not be that sour. However, this is just my opinion. That's all I can say,

But I really like our Buko Pandan and Melon. It's not like the artificial type. I find it delicious!

This is somewhat like that. I find it like the artificial type.

Maybe because of the sourness. So just dont know.

I did not even consume all the sachet because for me it is quite strong if I consume the whole sachet

or you may use half of the sachet but I just don't know if you will achieve the flavor that you like for the mango.

But that's just for me. If we're both the same with our opinion on the Mango flavored Tang, you may use other brands because other brands might be okay.

The Buko Pandan and Melon though is very delicious for me!

Now, on to our Strawberry flavor. I made it into a popsicle.

This is just easy to remove, you just do it like this.

This was placed outside for awhile so it's easier but even if this just came out of the freezer, you can just push it slowly and it will come out.

So here. Let's taste it.

It's so delicious. For this, this is more icey for me. I can feel the icey texture more,

the ice crystal, I can feel it but it's still creamy.

Maybe because this is thicker compared to our ice candy.

But it's still delicious and the strawberry flavor is so yummy.

Infairness, I'm liking the strawbberry. Do you know that i'm not fond of strawberries even if it's juice. But I really like this.

So delicious! So again, you can make it a popsicle, you can make it an ice candy,

Any of the two is fine, they're both delicious.

It's really delicious and it's refreshing to eat on a hot season, right?

Even it rains these days, you can't deny that it's still so hot. That's why it's nice when you have these stocked at home.

So that anytime, you want to cool down or you feel that you want to get refreshed, you just get one like this. Right?

Then eat it. So just a recap, the flavors that I liked that I can recommend to you guys is out Melon, Buko Pandan, and Strawberry.

For the mango, you can try to adjust the powdered juice because I might have added too much,

maybe I should have just added 1tbps for me to be able to control the taste because I really find the mango flavor sour.
