We can save folk music to an extent

But if we really want to make it self-sustainable
♪Just trust your time♪

then it is necessary that new songs are made and folk singers can themselves write it

For the collaboration of the workshop, I selected a colourful band from Punjab, Rangle Sardar

On the other side, we were mentored by When Chai met Toast

It was more or less where we actually came to a conclusion that, okay let's sit with them and see how things works

So, we just went with the flow and not anything else

♪♪

The challenge is that they can't use any old song, rather they have to make the complete melody from scratch

Then a huge problem came, we needed a new song but all this while we are thinking that we would perform a song that we had thought of.

We never thought that we would have to make a new song, that was one big challenge

♪♪

Whenever we asked them, they were always like "Yeah, it's fine."
They never demotivated, only motivated us!

It was so happy to actually meet a bunch of people who were ready to take up challenges and see how things work

It was not like,"No,no I won't do, sorry!."

It was a dream to sing in a studio
..to record in a big studio

which has now come true

It was damn nice yaar!

We got to meet a new set of people like

New people, new language

A lot of new things came, music stayed the same

..Now we even have plans for like performing together on stage

My mother says that his son is looking very handsome today. The feeling is: EXCITED!
