So if I'm gonna protect my lawn from zombies THIS year...

it's about time...

for an UPGRADE.

Plants VS Zombies 2 "It's About Time"...

is the sequel to the beloved tower defense game...

Plants VS Zombies.

Except this time...

the game was made...

BY THE ZOMBIES!

And by that I mean Electronic Arts (EA)

Plants VS Zombies 2 has quite a number of differences compared to it's predecessor.

With there being different world you can go into in pretty much any order...

the levels are much more difficult now due to new area mechanics and stronger zombies...

And unlike in the previous game where you got a plant after nearly every level...

You only get plants in this game when you reach them on the overworld map.

This leads to a lot more levels..

and a LOT...

more plants.

I need to make sure my lawn can withstand any intruder, officer, zombie or child!

I need to figure out what plants are the best... and fast!

In order to do that...

I think I'm gonna have to rank them..

ALL of them.

In order to buy us some time...

I'm gonna print off a no-cops-allowed sign and put on the door...

That should buy us at least 20 minutes.

I can use that information to defend my home...

In Plants VS Zombies 2, theree's a lot more to factor in for a tier list than the original Plants VS Zombies.

There's plants that stop or play off of map obstacles,

plants that are completely nullified by certain zombies,

and each plant has different abilities and stats that can be upgraded with in game currency.

[Danerade]The biggest difference though, is in this game,

nearly every plant has a plant food ability.

Which is like an ultimate ability that can do a great number of great things for you.

We'll be taking all these in consideration for our ranking...

and to make things more fair, we're gonna be basing our ranking off of plant usefulness throughout the entire game...

as well as only the Level 1 versions of these plants,

since those are the ones that everyone's gonna have.
