Our outstanding alumnus for April was Gina Patino, a graduate from the Klein Oak inaugural class of 1985.

Gina found her passion during high school in the cosmetology program and has been a successful salon owner in the area for many years.

We also honored the Lone Star College - University Park with a Stand Up for Texas Public Schools Award for their many partnerships with Klein.

The Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital debuted their Stroke Awareness video done in cooperation with Klein ISD students.

It is awesome to see our students in partnership with the hospital to identify the signs of a stroke in a way that all students can understand.

Finally, the guiding documents design teams were recognized for their amazing work and the Board approved the three documents.
