Title:
Description:
For the first time, not only at the new Tottenham Stadium, but over London, the USAF conducted a flypast for the NFL match between the Atlanta Falcons and the New York Jets. The flypast consisted of two F-15D Eagles and two F-15E Strike Eagles, all based at RAF Lakenheath in Suffolk - home to the 48th Fighter Wing. The Eagles departed their home base at 1410 hrs before heading South. They held in Essex airspace for a while and then dropped to approximately 300 ft for the fly over at 1433 hrs, just as the US national anthem was finishing.
