[Angry Justy noises]

Hi Guys!

We are here the autocross track in Dömsöd

To see how the Justy behaves under these rally conditions

We already drove a couple laps

The windshield got what it needed

Since last time the car got the dogbox transmission installed in it

Which does its job pretty nice

Well, it broke the first time right while we were testing it

But we fixed it and it looks like now it can handle it fine

However it is now throwing out third gear

Which is quite problematic on this particular track,
because I'd be using third gear most of the time

So there are corners where I'm holding it in third with my right hand

To have any drive at all

Apart from this the car works good on this track

We can utilize its power too

Because there is just low enough grip

So that our power is good enough here

Sideways all the way

The track is very dusty, very hard too

The suspension is not set up for this at all

The car bumps around, but the whole thing has got
an awesome rally feel to it

Can't really show it through camera, but it got crazy hardcore dirty on the whole interior

So we're done with the first really tough testing day of the Justy

There are signs on the car too: the hood, windshield, rear bumper, all gone

Apart from that the engine is now in a really bad shape, I doubt it will last much longer

There is way too much blowby, we gotta do something about that

This is still the same engine that I made to eat lots of sand in Piliscsév

All the cylinder walls are full of grooves and scratches

But then AMTS event came so we haven't done anything to it apart from putting in 4 new pistons and off we went

And it's still mostly the same! And it handles fine basically

Yeah, there are some side effects but we'll take care of those later

We blew out most of the dust so there's no thick layer of dirt anymore

But there's still some cleaning to be done

The reason why there was so much dust on the inside is

That there is not a single rubber seal installed around the doors

The cabin is pretty much open as it is

At the rear, as the radiator is blowing hot air out here

It is sucking air into the cabin in the front

So we're gonna make a polycarbonate closing here

We're putting the seals back

The goal pretty much is to make the interior fully closed as much as we realistically can

Then driving conditions won't matter as much

By the way, I think the car itself really enjoyed it on the course

Even though it is not looking like it did, but...

But it behaves well

I am not missing the handbrake, because under braking it goes sideways very easy, I can finish the corner with throttle

This is a huge advantage

Also its power is enough for this track

I can go sideways nicely everywhere

This gearbox is great with the ratios it has

With the stock box we would not be able go this well here

The ratio would either be too short or too tall in a couple of gears in a few corners

So this gearbox is great for this purpose

We probably have some problems with the shifter, that's why it kept throwing out third

We haven't looked at it yet, but we'll check it out and fix this issue as well

And then we're pretty much done and we can go back testing the car

We try our best to produce more and more videos by every month

And to work as much as possible on the projects

They are in need to be sorted out

Without them we would have cancelled these projects long ago

It would simply not be profitable
