The Restarter is an initiative that has been kickstarted to normalize failure and hurdles faced by entrepreneurs/ organizations in their journey. The objective of this initiative is to promote
 “it is okay to fail”. The Restarters has been conceptualized keeping in view various scenarios where no one wants to share their failure story perhaps due to aspects such as societal censure. However, we want to change that notion via this initiative as we believe experience makes a person wiser and failure is essential for understanding and attaining success. 
We believe this initiative will help various young entrepreneurs step forward and share their struggles and at the same time encourage  them to seek help by letting others know of what they have been through.
