Ingredients for Marination
Chicken - 1/2 kg
Maida - 1 cup
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Shallot/Onion paste - 2 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Egg - 1
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Salt
Water

Coating 
Oats / Corn flakes / Maida

Directions
Mix all the ingredients and add chicken. Marinate it for atleast 1 hour. Coat the chicken pieces in oats. If you don't have oats, take crushed corn flakes or maida. (Oats will be the perfect one). Once the oil is hot enough, deep fry the chicken pieces in medium flame. Take care to keep the flame in medium to allow the chicken to cook nicely. Once it's crispy, move it to a strainer.
