Tagging pages into a file, the perfect way
00:09.7
00:12.2
Here we have a file that needs the pages tagging
00:13.0
00:14.4
Measure the thickness of the file
00:14.6
00:16.4
to check if it needs to be split
00:16.8
00:18.0
This file doesn’t
00:19.0
00:22.6
Using this table, and the measured file thickness
00:23.0
00:25.0
select the correct length tag
00:25.1
00:28.9
If a tag is too long, the pages will be too loose
00:29.0
00:33.6
and if the tag is too short,
the pages will not be easily accessible
00:34.5
00:36.8
Pass the tag through the back of the folder,
00:36.9
00:40.0
and then pass the tag through all of the pages
00:41.2
00:43.6
Once all of the pages have been tagged,
00:43.9
00:46.0
you should have an excess length of tag.
00:46.3
00:49.7
This will allow all of the pages to be easily turned
00:49.9
00:51.2
and accessed by the reader
