In this video Mr Dameem Ansari founder and CEO of Ansari Architects explains how He designed the interiors of this apartment on 16th floor. He discusses how the original plan given by the Builder was modified to achieve a better usage of space. Each and every room is explained in detail, and the kind of design and colour themes used. Different materials used for the walls, Floors and ceilings et cetera of all the rooms are discussed in this video in detail. He also explains the concept behind wall claddings using marble or veneer cladding to facilitate easy maintenance of the walls. Artificial marble look alike tiles used in this apartment along with the real natural Italian marble give the overall effect of luxury at moderate cost.
