Peter Drucker’s words should be heeded by young and old.

In our commitment-shy society, people tend toward assumptions rather than verbally committing to a spouse, a goal, or organizational mission.

What people don’t realize, however, is that commitment is key to success.

W.H. Murray stated, “Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness.”

When you are committed, regardless of pressures you face, your face is set like a flint

to press forward until you see the success to which you are committed.
