Hey what's up everybody.

I just wanted to share with you real quickly

just a testimony of God's grace

and His mercy and His love.

just so that you can see exactly what God's done in my life

and I'm right back at the exact place where I got shot 8 times

this happened on April 2, 2004

a lot of emotions go through me standing here, but

the main emotion that goes through me more than anything is just a sense of gratefulness

a sense of gratitude in my heart for God saving my life, and I remember like it was yesterday

literally it's 3 o'clock in the morning. I'm walking to the store

to get some gatorade and these guys approached me

these guys were doing a gang initiation for a member in their gang

this member was the one who shot me. You can see right through here

this is where they were standing before they approached me

and when they approached me I was actually crossing the street

and I was standing in the middle of the street coming to the side and the guy was like

"What's up with your phone. What are you doing out here?" and I remember saying

"I'm not doing nothing man, I'm just chillin." and that's when he pulled out a 45 caliber and he pointed it at me

and he shot me one time and I fell to the ground

then he stood overtop of me and said "You gotta roll out homie" and he shot me

seven more times, and the most incredible thing about this testimony

was the Angel that God sent to protect me, because I had no time to think about an

Angel stepping in front of me. I didn't even know I was getting shot, but literally God sent His Angel

in front of me in a second. So if I'm facing this direction, I just want you guys

to understand how this Angel covered me. I'm facing this direction, the gunshots are coming

towards me, and the Angel is literally in front of me with it's back to me like

this kneeled, and every bullet that is going through the Angel is

is going to me, and it's crazy thinking about it because

that's the type of God that we serve is the God who does dispatch Angels on our behalf

to step in for us literally at our darkest times

and you might not have got shot like me, but you might have got shot with some depression

you might have got shot with some financial issues, with an eviction notice, you might have got shot

with all types of terrible news, but God is bigger than every situation

that you ever will face, and I want you to understand how real He is. This spot right here was where

I was laying on the ground, laying there with one elbow on the corner, and I'm sitting here

crying out to God, and I'm asking God to help me and I

have the phone you know, and I'm looking up at the street sign, and

the 911 operator is like "Where are you at?" I just happened to be laying here, so I'm laying here

in this pool of blood, and I look up at the sign Ulman avenue

and I sit up and I say that's where I'm at. I need help.

and I remember the police coming here. I remember them putting the crime scene tape everywhere.

I remember feeling like that was it. I'm about to die right here on the street at 3 o'clock in the morning. I'm gonna

die right here, and God strengthened me.

God gave me strength, He gave me hope. Tears began to fall directly

from my face, from my eyes, and I remember just crying out saying "God help me."

and He helped me, and the same God that helped me and saved my life

that saved me from an 8 hour surgery

where I had 6 major organs damaged. My colon re-attached

my small intestine completely taken out, my pancreas half of that's gone

my spleen is completely gone. My stomach, half of my stomach is gone

When you serve a God that can heal you from that, it really makes you see that

the things that you're going through are very small in comparison to what God can do.

so if God can heal me, if God could save you, if God could heal you from cancer

if God could heal you from diabetes, if God could restore broken relationships and end

generational curses in your life. The same God that could do that

is a God that could get you through any situation that you face

The whole purpose of this testimony is just so you can reflect and know that the next time you're going through something just remember how

big God is. You don't have to look hard to find Him, you just look up, you will see His greatness

you will see His glory, you will see His majesty, and it will really give you this shrinking feeling

where you'll feel like, you'll feel incredibly

detailed, inredibly precious, incredibly just so

fragile that God encases you, get's you home from work everyday

get's you home safely everytime you get into a car. Saved you from that drunk driver that could have killed you

saved you from that black ice that you could've drove over, thats the God that we serve, a God of

unlimited possibilites, because God is sovereign, He's bigger than any

situation and He's bigger than anything that you will ever face.
