You can add food color into the batter and yes you can make a crepe cake.
ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
6 whole eggs
3 cups evaporated milk
1/4 cup melted margarine/butter
1 tsp vanilla essence

Whipped cream: (more if preferred)
2 cups whipped cream powder
1 cup very cold water

Cream Cheese whipped cream: (more if preferred)
2 cups whipped cream
1 bar cream cheese
