The name of this berry is red currant.

You must have eaten pastry made up of this. And this is easily available in the market these days.

It is mostly cultivated in European and American countries

but now this is easily available in India. If you go to a vegetable market then you can easily buy its packet.

So, let us talk why red currant is good for the kidneys.

68% of red currant is vitamin C, 14% is vitamin K, 4% is vitamin B6, and 1% is vitamin A.

In addition, it is rich in manganese, potassium, iron, copper, phosphorus, and calcium.

It can make your immunity very strong as it has many other vitamins along with vitamin C.

The more strong your immunity, the greater the ability to fight against kidney diseases

which is highly needed by you so that your kidneys can function properly and you do not have to suffer diseases like kidney failure.

Eating this can make your bones strong. The calcium level in our body decreases when we suffer from kidney disease.

The calcium leaks through our bones and comes in the blood and get wasted.

Red currant is rich in calcium and manganese due to which it helps in keeping the bones strong.

And before that it was in the range of 7.0 mg/dL to 8 mg/dL. Had doctor suggested you dialysis?

After he came here, the creatinine became 1.67 mg/dL. He has got the test done from Janakpur only.

And now the recent test indicates creatinine as 1.17 mg/dL.
