Ube Camote Turon
Turon is a Filipino food and the very common filling is banana. This is a popular Filipino snack and street food but you can also use sweet potato or camote. Camote is a very good substitute if banana is not available. Just like banana turon it is wrap in lumpia wrapper and deep fried with brown sugar. And you can also add fillings like cheese or coconut to make it more delicious.

Ingredients:
1/2 camote,boiled & peeled
150ml ube macapuno condensed milk(less if preferred)
36pcs. lumpia wrapper
90g cheese, cut into sticks(36pcs.)
1 cup brown sugar
cooking oil for deep frying
