No Cook Blueberry Cheesecake
The original recipe  needs to be baked but some doesn't have an oven, so this no bake version cheesecake is perfect. The no cook or no bake Blueberry cheesecake is very easy to make. It is an amazing dessert that you can make ahead of time and serve this to your family and friends.

In this version we made it more special because we used store bought cheese bars to create a new twist and we made it taller than usual. So if you are craving for a Blueberry cheesecake with a twist and you do not want to bake you can try this recipe.

ingredients:
740ml all purpose cream, chilled overnight
300ml condensed milk, chilled overnight
450g cream cheese, softened at room temp.
3 tbsp gelatine, clear & unflavored
1/3 cup very hot water
17 pcs. Monde Cheese Bar(more or less)
10 pcs. graham crackers
595g blueberry fillings and toppings

Whipped Cream Frosting: (optional)

1 cup powdered whipping cream
1/2 cup very cold water
