Cupcake Trifles
Trifle cake is very easy to make. This dessert is consist with sponge cake, fruits, jam, custard and whipped cream. You can mix and match the ingredients according to your taste. And yes you can make your own combination.
This is a no fuss dessert so we made a cupcake trifle version in a cup.
You only need your favorite cupcake, fillings and frosting. This dessert is perfect for Valentine's day gift, give-away and good for business too.

Ingredients:
Red Velvet cupcakes
Vanilla Cupcakes

Cream cheese Condensed milk buttercream Whipped Cream Frosting:
8oz cream cheese, softened
200g butter/margarine, softened but still firm
150ml condensed milk, chilled overnight
Whipped Cream: 1 cup powdered whipping cream + 1/2 cup ice cold water

Cream cheese Whipped Cream Frosting:
8oz cream cheese, softened
370ml all purpose cream, chilled overnight
150ml condensed milk, chilled overnight
1 tbsp gelatine, clear & unflavored
1/8 cup boiling water
